More Than a Moment: A Day for Healing & Connection
A wellness retreat designed to focus on restoration, reflection, and giving back.
Join us for a rejuvenating day filled with connection, reflection, and personalized wellness experiences at beautiful Traders Point Creamery. Surrounded by the serene beauty of nature, you’ll design your own schedule from a variety of inspiring sessions — creating a day that’s truly your own.
Keynote speaker, Iona Holloway, will deliver a raw, hopeful, and heart-opening talk designed to honor survivors, and remind all of us that bravery isn't about being fearless: it is about choosing to begin again. We all face hard seasons. We all forget what we're made of. This talk will help you remember.
You’ll also have the opportunity to choose from activities such as intention-setting ceremonies, sound healing, guided meditation, and hands-on wellness workshops — each thoughtfully curated to support your journey toward balance, renewal, and connection. A light breakfast and full lunch will be served directly from Traders Point Creamery's farm to table chef.
All proceeds benefit survivors of domestic violence through More Than a Phone.
